Put AI to work on the work that slips.

Small, dependable systems for missed calls, slow quotes and the follow-up nobody had time for. Built on the tools you already use.

Missed call, 14:02
Hi, it’s Your business. Sorry we missed your call. We can ring you back today at 16:30 or 17:00. Which suits you?14:02
17:00 please. It’s about a leaking geyser.14:05

Small systems. One job each.

Handled isn’t a big software project. We pick one piece of work that keeps slipping, build a small system that does it the same way every time, and hand anything that needs judgment to a person.

  • Starts with one workflow
  • A person approves anything risky
  • Runs on the tools you already have

A missed call, handled.

The system we usually build first, step by step. You stay on the job, and the customer still gets an answer.

  1. 14:02

    Missed call

A new number rings while you’re on a job.

  2. 14:02

    Instant reply

A text or WhatsApp goes out within a minute, offering call-back times.

  3. 14:06

    Call-back booked

The customer picks a time that suits them.

  4. 17:00

    In your calendar

The call-back lands in your diary with their name and reason.

  • Only during the hours you choose
  • Your words, approved by you once
  • Anything unusual comes straight to you

What we build.

Six systems we build. Each one does a single job and hands over to a person when it should.

Missed-call text-back

When you can’t answer, the caller gets a text or WhatsApp within a minute, with a choice of call-back times.

Quote follow-up

After a quote goes out, polite reminders follow on a schedule you set, until there’s a yes or a no.

After-hours assistant

On your website and WhatsApp, it answers questions from your own information, takes bookings, and hands over to a person when it should.

Evening enquiryBooking or hand-over

Inbox triage

Incoming email is sorted by what it needs, and replies are drafted for you to approve or edit.

New emailDraft to approve

Documents to data

Invoices, forms and order sheets are read and their details entered into your system or spreadsheet. Anything unclear is flagged.

From one workflow to the next.

  1. 01

    Pick one workflow

We look at where work slips today and choose the one that costs you the most.

  2. 02

    Map it with you

Every step, every message and every point where a person must decide, written down and agreed.

  3. 03

    Build on your tools

We connect what you already use, in accounts you own. No new system for your team to learn.

  4. 04

    Test it together

You try it with real examples and approve every message before a customer sees one.

  5. 05

    Go live and measure

It runs, and each week you see hours given back and enquiries handled.

  6. 06

    Add the next one

When the first is steady, we pick the next piece of work that slips.

Quote request from the website

“Could you quote for replacing a 150-litre geyser next week?”

Thanks for asking. A 150-litre replacement usually takes half a day. Could you send a photo of the current geyser and its label? We’ll send a written quote the same day.

Built to be trusted.

  • A person approves anything risky

Prices, refunds, complaints and anything new come to you first. The system only sends what you’ve already approved.

  • You own the accounts and the data

Everything is set up in your name. Your customers’ information stays in your systems, not ours.

  • Careful with personal information

Built with POPIA in mind: we collect only what the work needs, keep it in your systems and limit who can see it.

  • Measured by what it saves

Each system is judged on two things: hours given back and enquiries not lost.

See what it did, every week.

A short summary lands in your inbox: calls answered, call-backs booked, quotes followed up, and the time it gave back.

If a number drops, we look into it before you have to.

What you get.

It starts with a free snapshot. If you go ahead, we agree a fixed price with you before any work starts.

  1. A workflow map

Every step, message and decision point, agreed with you before we build.

  2. The system, running

Built and connected to your tools, tested with you, then switched on.

  3. Approval rules

Clear lines for what it may send alone and what comes to a person.

  4. A weekly summary

What it handled, what it booked and what it passed to you.

  5. Handover and access

Plain notes on how it works, and every login in your name.

  6. Care and changes

We watch it, fix it and adjust it as your business changes.

Questions about Kismet Handled

Will customers know it’s automated?

We recommend saying so plainly, and it will always say so if asked. Messages are written in your voice, and you approve them before anything goes live.

Does it send things without us?

Only messages you’ve approved in advance, like the missed-call reply. Anything new, unusual or risky, such as a price, a refund or a complaint, comes to a person first.

What if it gets something wrong?

It answers only from your own information, and when it isn’t sure it hands over to a person. Every conversation is kept, so you can see what was said and we can improve it.

Do we need new software?

Usually not. We build on what you already use: WhatsApp Business, Gmail or Outlook, your calendar, and your CRM or a spreadsheet.

Who owns the accounts and data?

You do. Accounts are set up in your name and your customers’ information stays in your systems. If you stop working with us, you keep everything.

How do you handle POPIA?

We collect only the personal information the workflow needs, keep it in your systems, limit who can see it, and help you tell customers how it’s used.

What does it cost?

We agree a fixed price with you after the free snapshot, before any work starts. Any running costs, such as WhatsApp or SMS fees, are explained before you decide.

Where do we start?

With one workflow, usually the one where enquiries slip through most often. Once it runs steadily, we can add the next.

Tell us where enquiries and time go missing. We’ll show you the first system worth building.
